Menu Redesign
This complete redesign of a new menu was informed by extensive consumer purchasing data, as well as an eye tracking study.

An eye tracking study was also conducted on both the old menu and the first draft of the new bifold menu design, to inform the layout and visual hierarchy of the items and information that Sleepy Bee wanted to prioritize.
The new seasonal menu resulted in a +7% avg. daily increase in table turnover rate at each of Sleepy Bee's three locations.
Further analyses were done to evaluate and improve Sleepy Bee's online presence, including E-Commerce and Social Media. These visualizations were created in Tableau. Exact figures have been obscured to protect proprietary information.
